This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in Kentucky.
A reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

After my accident, I wasn't sure where to turn. A family member suggested I contact the Truman Law Office. From the beginning and throughout my case they remained helpful and informative, always contacting me to keep me updated on the status of the case whether the news was good or not. They did a lot of research to make sure every avenue was covered, never giving up on getting me the best possible outcome. Correspondence and calls to the office were always returned, and every question I had was always answered. I highly recommend the Truman Law Office.

Truman Law Office recently handled my Veteran's Administration (VA) disability claim. The professional and knowledgable staff at Truman Law provided assistance in evaluation of my personal medical records which included assistance in the formulation and presentation of my claim to properly mesh within the VA's schedule of ratings so that a proper and approvable claim could be filed.
During the "hurry up and wait" VA claim process, staff at Truman Law were exceptional at keeping me informed of the VA review and approval process.
I highly recommend Truman Law to professionally handle your VA disability claim!
