I found Dod (Mehrdad) after receiving a DUI back in March. I was stopped at a checkpoint outside of PB and was arrested with a .12 BAC. After getting the DUI, I checked out and interviewed several attorneys to see what could be done (if the DUI charges could be reduced or even removed all together). I went with Dod and I'm glad I did.
The checkpoint and everything about my DUI were pretty straightforward, there wasn't much (if anything) to fight against. Still, he got my informal probation reduced from 5 years to 3 years (and got community service hours removed, which was part of the 3 year deal) which was huge.
In the few months that I needed Dod: he was very honest, informative, and straight to the point. He always responded in a timely manner, kept me updated, handled all the paper work as well as went to my DMV and Court hearings. He made the whole DUI experience so much easier to deal with, and like I said he got my probation reduced in a case where there wasn't much to fight against.
Also, he's easily the most reasonably priced attorney I came across.
I would definitely recommend Dod to anyone seeking a DUI lawyer.

Dod was very professional and timely about handling all of the process. His emails and consistent updates kept me aware and prepared. The results of the case were far better than I had even hoped. I am thankful for the work be put in for my case, and highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

Hiring Mr. Ghassemkhani was the best move I ever made, following the worst move I ever made (DUI). Mr. Ghassemkhani was extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt with responses to all of my questions. He managed to completely eliminate my community service component and helped me to navigate this very difficult and confusing experience. I hope I never have to retain his services again, but if I ever get in any trouble, he will be the first one I call. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I got my 3rd Dui a few months ago. My first was one 9 years ago, then i got one just a few years ago so this was my 3rd time. I was at a bar in Mission Valley. I thought i was okay to drive. I ran a stop sign and side swiped a car. I knew my license was suspended and i had been drinking so i started to drive away. I dont know what i was thinking. Clearly i wasnt thinking. Needless to say i was pulled over about a half a mile away and taken to jail. Luckily the lady in the car had minor soreness and was not taken to the hospital.
At 29 years old, facing my 3rd DUI and jail time i felt i deserved to go to jail. I started talking to attorneys. I submitted an online request and Mr. Ghassemkhani called me at 10pm at night. About 5 minutes after i submitted the request. He was on the phone with me for over 1 hour putting me at ease. I told him i would call him the following day.
The following day i got about 3 more calls from attorneys. The first one didnt even care about my situation and only cared about getting me to his office.
The second one didnt even go over my case and gave me a price of $5,000 not knowing anything about my case.
The other attorney spent a little more time with me but didnt seemed to concerned about me.
The total time I spent with these 3 attorneys was less than what Mr. Ghassemkhani spent with me. Mind you this was at 10pm at night. I decided to call him back and go see him. Since I could not drive, he came and met me at a Starbucks next to my apartment.
He was courteous, respectful, caring, and told me he would guide me through this horrible process. He told me i was looking at mandatory jail time but would work out an ankle monitor hopefully. I decided to put my life in his hands.
From the time I hired him, he remained the same guy i talked on the phone and met at that Starbucks. Complete professional and a pioneer in his field. He put me on a plan of AA classes and a SCRAM ankle bracelet. He told me this would get us the best possible outcome. He always text me to see how i was doing.
When it was all said and done, he worked out a deal of 150 days on a ankle bracelet instead of jail time. I have made many stupid decisions my life. This was by far the BEST decision ever.
As i write this i still have an ankle monitor on, but I know i will never be in trouble again. I want to THANK Mr. Ghassemkhani for being sent to me from the heavens. If you want an attorney that truly cares about who you are as a person, then i HIGHLY HIGHLY recomend him.
Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps anyone ever in desperate need of a true professional.

Mr. G represented me in my DUI case. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was looking at jail time and a felony. Mr. G fought the case and at prelim hearing my case was reduced to a misdemeanor. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend this attorney!!!!!

I got arrested for a DUI in October and was scared and nervous about what was going to happen after my day jail. I contacted Mr. Ghassemkhani a couple days later and I am so glad I did. He was a great advocate to have. I am not good at writing but did want to express how greatful I am. I would recommend him to anybody who wants a great lawyer.

Words cant describe how I feel. I have never been in trouble. Never even had a speeding ticket but I was arrested for DUI. My blood alcohol level was a .22. I was extremely intoxicated. Dod walked me through the entire process. Very easy to contact, and very reassuring when I would talk to him. Instead of a 9 month program he got the DA to agree to a 3 month program. He also saved my some community service days. I cant thank Dod enough.
