Nobody will represent you like this firm. Jan and Betsy did an amazing job handling our case. Right from the beginning they exuded a sense of caring and concern that can only be described as motherly. During our immensely emotional battle with the hospital this legal team fought for my daughter tooth and nail and was instrumental in providing a lifetime benefit that will actually last her lifetime. Jan and Betsy work together like peanut butter and jelly. Both are extremely competent as well as sensitive and personable. They took on our case and made us feel like family. There where times when reviewing our case when Jan would get goosebumps or just shed a tear and I knew instantly that her emotions where so very connected to ours and so genuine that I just knew we where in great hands. Mulligan and Banham did a fantastic job. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of justice, anyone who has been medically wronged..... Mulligan and Banham do the work and they do it with heart and soul.

This firm did an amazing job representing me in an unfortunately overly-complicated malpractice case. I'm not sure if any other firm would have been able to win the case, let alone present my case as strongly as they did. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone in their small office was very friendly and supportive and made me feel like we were all one big team. We spent a lot of time together through the process and they were wonderful people who cared about me as a person as well as genuinely caring about seeking justice in my case. Jan and her partner Betsy are a fantastic team whose strengths complement each other perfectly. Betsy excelled in writing exceptional motions and responses throughout the case as well as keeping track of every minute detail of the case. And Jan was nothing short of amazing in her verbal dominance of the other side in depositions and trial arguments. Let’s just say I’m very glad she was on my side of the table. At the conclusion of my case the judge looked at me and said, “I hope you appreciate the Herculean effort that your lawyers gave in this case.†Believe me I did! And as impressive a comment as that was coming from a neutral observer of the case I was not surprised because that is the type of effort they had given from Day 1. That’s just how they roll.
