Janice Mulligan handled my husband's wrongful death/malpractice case 26 years ago, and did an excellent job. I have referred her many times over the years, and have now unfortunately, had to reach out to her again, with regard to a malpractice case on behalf of my 40 year old daughter who died this ...past November. Jan is not only knowledgeable and professional, but she has a true heart for helping people. Practicing law is her "purpose and passion" and she displays this through her compassion and caring, but her fire and tenacity are as alive now, as they were 26 years ago. Jan fights for her clients and she does not back down. She is honest and direct, which is what is needed at an emotional time, as we grieve the loss or injury of a loved one. I contacted Jan Mulligan on behalf of a family member to review a potential birth injury case. She responded very quickly. She and her colleagues then reviewed the documentary evidence, and she promptly provided a response. Although she did not accept the case, Jan took the time to explain in cons...iderable detail the weaknesses of the case and the reasons why they were not able to accept the case. No other lawyer has taken as much time to explain why they would not accept the case. Although Jan did not accept the case, I feel that if the case had been stronger, and, if Jan had accepted the case, she would have communicated promptly and very well with my family member throughout the case.

This firm did an amazing job representing me in an unfortunately overly-complicated malpractice case.
