Description:Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit alleging that their landlord conspired with the Pomona Police Department to forcibly evict and exclude adult daughter of trailer park owner from the Fairplex Trailer Park in violation of the plaintiffs' rights to live together as a family under the California and federal constitutions. The Park refused to allow the daughter to enter the Park for 22 months, rendering her homeless. Plaintiff Jolynn Jurkiewicz further alleged that their landlord violated the Mobilehome Residency Law by charging "extra person fees" in addition to rent for her children.
