About me

Serving clients from San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire counties allows me to enjoy this beautiful state we call home.  From the ocean, to the mountains and reaching to the high desert, I have had the pleasure to meet clients from varying locales and diverse circumstances.  Although I am a lawyer, I am not defined by my job.  My background includes teaching, music performance and involvement in a family business.  I enjoy writing, both legal and for pleasure, photography and being outdoors.  My background as a Corporate Attorney for a Fortune 500 company, being a Law Professor who was honored with wonderful students and a "Golden Apple-Outstanding Professor of the Year" award and now in my own firm has been quite rewarding.  When off the computer and out of the office, I enjoy the outdoors, from star-gazing to horseback riding.  I enjoy sports including swimming, cycling and hiking.  Hailing originally from the Midwest, road trips and classic American cars are amongst my passions.  I suscribe to the philosophy of straight talk and exploration of logical and cost effective solutions to issues my clients are faced with.
