His answer to my question was to ask me four questions. Nothing else.I responded to his questions and heard nothing more from him. So basically he wasted my time and his. This doesn't seem to fit with methodology of your site. Got the feeling he was too busy to be bothered. The other attorney that responded to my question gave me a very concise and professional answer. Sincerely hope that the clients that see him in his office are treated with more respect. Just because he has been in business for 24 years is not a guarantee that he will still be in business at year 25.

Professional is not strong enough of a description to epitomize Frank. Knowledgeable, extremely responsive, quick, extremely professional, never ironic or mocking in his responses to clients or prospects - no matter how amateurish or silly, kept me very well informed. Frank, do you ever sleep?! You deserve to be #1. I'm surprised your hourly rate isn't higher. Thank you for great service!

I only know this lawyer from avvo, but he answers everything with such precision and clarity that i can't compare it to anything. this person was truly born to do this for a living

Beyond the best. He chooses words one can understand, rather than use impressive legal words and terms more applicable for a law student. He understands the urgency a question may be to the person asking and he replies promptly. Simply stated, he wants the person asking to be informed. Wow. Not found often.

I only know Attorney Chen through Avvo, though his advice has been invaluable. I was dealing with a landlord-tenant issue as an in pro per defendant and had many questions, both general and arcane. Attorney Chen not only gave detailed, on-the-money advice, but he also responded to questions within hours. I won my case largely due to advice from Attorney Chen. He is truly a credit to the legal profession and will be the first lawyer I call, if, God forbid, I run into a similar situation again.

I have not asked a question of Attorney Wei-Hong Chen, yet I am privileged to have the access to read such insightful legal "advice." I have had the unfortunate need to hire various attorneys during my fifty some years and have been fortunate in having selected wonderful individuals with whom i have enjoyed 100% success. In other words, I know how to find and interview an attorney. I recognize Mr. Wei-Hong Chen is an honest, ethical, and knowledgeable attorney from the tenor and the thoroughness of his responses. It's clear that he will strive for resolution as opposed to trial litigation which is of the utmost importance when selecting a lawyer. If I lived in the LA area he would top my list attorneys. Joe
