We hired David to review our employment practices. Figuring because we are nice guys and treat our people well, we should be doing just fine. Turns out labor laws are not always intuitive, and that can invite problems. David was great at getting us on the straight and narrow path the State requires. And, frankly, David is the first attorney I've worked with where I felt every bit of the work recommended and performed was in our interest. He is trustworthy, very comfortable to work with, impeccably competent and more. I highly recommend him.

Though I have been involved in a few of litigations in my lifetime (that's more than enough!) , Mr Mallen has demonstrated to me that he is the only lawyer that has made me feel that he truly had my best interest throughout the litigation. He also was forthright and straight forward in his communication with me. I cannot say that about any other lawyer that I have retained or been involved with in any capacity. I wish there were more lawyers like Mr Mallen.

Mr. Mallen handled an arbitration matter for me involving a wage and hour dispute. I found Mr. Mallen to be very knowledgeable and very thorough. He approached my matter with a full commitment and displayed the energy and passion that I had only hoped to receive. Following that arbitration matter I have had the opportunity to refer to Mr. Mallen several matters from friends of mine and I would not hesitate to do so ay any time. If you need an attorney who takes a personal interest in your matter and not just from a business interest standpoint them you will want to work with Mr. Mallen.Sam

David was extremely professional and informative in regards to my "unusual" employment legal situation. My case settled fairly and within a reasonable time period.
