If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never met somebody so unprofessional as Jorge. He screamed at me! Can you believe that? And tried to threaten me with immigration. We have tried several times to get our remaining money back from him and he said there is no money to give back but he didn’t even... finish the case or went to see my brother the times he asked for a visit. Even though my mother hired a new attorney, he still was trying to remain on the case and we have told him several times to just charge us for the retainer fee or the hours he worked for but he keeps telling us there is no money to give back because he gave us a GREAT discount and now he was going to charge us normal but I mean if you agreed on a price you would charge, why would you tried to change it now? My mother tried to make a in person appointment with him and he denied it to her and even hung up on her like what type of lawyer does that?. Also, he tried to tell our new attorney that he didn’t know which cases we wanted him on and which cases we didn’t want him on, obviously we said none! My brother has 2 misdemeanors and 2 big felonies, he obviously was just trying to win the easy ones and just leave the hard ones to just fix themselves or for our new attorney to keep the big ones. He is trying to keep 18k for two misdemeanors!!?? Excuse my vocabulary but honestly this is so frustrating, my brother never even received his discovery until now that have a new attorney. We have tried to handle this on our own but it’s come to a point that we had to contact the bar association for this matter. I definitely don’t wish on nobody to deal with an attorney like this one, like honestly if you didn’t have the license to practice in felony court you should’ve just took the misdemeanors and told my family you couldn’t take the other cases.

We all wish we could avoid needing legal representation. However, from time to time we require it. Jorge as mentioned in previous posts is very responsive and attentive to legal questions. You may not always be able to talk to him directly but he is very good about returning calls. In court, he f...ights like a dog. Well worth the retainer and fees. In my limited time in court I have not encountered a better lawyer.

I needed a second opinion on my case. I felt like my lawyer wasn't representing my best interests. Jorge was helpful, informative, and responsive. I emailed questions about my case and he would get back to me with helpful answers in less than a day - a lot faster than the guy representing me did. I ...wish I had him as my lawyer from the beginning.

Jorge is a caring and compassionate lawyer who goes the extra mile time and time again for his client. It was a very difficult time when Jorge was our lawyer yet he helped whenever he could. He was readily available and kept us informed. He is dedicated to the profession and to being his best, doi...ng his best and giving his best.
