Thomas Robert Loversky

A couple years ago I had a restraining order put out against me. Everything on the order was a lie and we had more then sufficient evidence to win the case. I had never been in trouble with the law and when I gave Tom a call he made me feel at ease. As the court date got closer I called Tom Loversky ...with questions no answer. Texted him no response. On the day of the court date I called him multiple times he then finally answered and told me he'd be arriving late. Once he got there he told me that we were going to let them win. So he told the judge that we'd be ok with the maximum amount of years for the restraining order which was 3. Towards the end I can see he lost interest in my case. He told me we could win because the restraining order had no merit but clearly he didn't even bother fighting it. He is dishonest and rude and I strongly advise you to think twice before hiring him.

I paid 500 to retain his services. For my sons criminal case we talked on the phone twice. He was supposed to visit my son in jail on Tuesday October 8th he never shows up. I reached out left voicemail aske for a call back I had some concerns he never called me back. I get a text message October 16 s...aying he went to jail they were on lockdown he couldn’t see my son. At that point I told him I did not want to proceed what is the refund policy. I also found out the jail was not on lockdown LIE number one. He text me said there is no refund because he talked to me on the phone, set up my sons file, & contacted his lawyer. As he’s texting all these lies as to why I can’t get my money back. I’m talking on the phone with my sons lawyer who said he NEVER.! Contacted her and she will sigh a written statement saying so. I spent 500 dollars to talk to him on the phone and in our text messages he actually text me lol like this is some kind of joke. He is a horrible human who prayied on my desperation to help my son. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar association.

Mr. Loversky took time for me on the weekend, even at his son’s game to keep in contact with me. At the end, I didn’t have to hire him but he gave me step by step instructions how to get through the legal issues with confidence, and he even mentioned to me that his service might not be necessary, but... he helped me anyway. His assistance was simple, kind and professional. I know a lot of his clients and he never lost their cases. That’s why I called him in the beginning and it was a right decision. He’s supremely experienced and professional, and also very down to earth.
