Michael did a great job throughout the entire process of my case. He was straightforward, honest and diligent. His pricing was fair, and considering my case was dismissed, great value for money!

I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney to fight the 3 traffic charges I was facing. But, after doing some research online about the consequences my charges could have on my insurance rates- I decided to look for an attorney. I found Mr. Kielsky, sent him an email- he then contacted me with very knowledgeable information about how he would handle my case, what to expect, and all of the possible options I had. I would recommend Michael Kielsky to anyone; especially those who are worried about their insurance rates, have little experience in the court room, or does not feel confident representing themselves. Trust me, the insurance company bases your rate on the severity of the violation-- which can add up to $800-$1000 easily in 3 years if you just decide to pay the ticket, instead of hiring a lawyer to fight it. Michael Kielsky made me realize that it is always worth fighting a ticket; and the results were proof of that. Mr. Kielsky really cares about his clients, and will go above and beyond to meet your expectations.

Michael Kielsky was recommended to me in regards to my civil traffic ticket by another firm. I had been told by the judge when I appreared to court that he would schedule a hearing for my ticket. I had talked to several people about how to proceed. Mr. Kielsky returned my call and discussed my options with me. He gave me honest feedback and possible solutions. Michael is a good attorney he is someone who can not only explain things to you but explains ALL your options and then lets YOU decide which way you want to go. He then explains what each hurdle is for each decision. I am very grateful for his advice in my case it was 100 percent correct. I was initially assisted by Mr. Rike at the beginning of my ordeal with a child support modification recently but Mr. Kielsky was the one that attended the conference, and subsequently the court hearing. I have to say in all my years of playing in the NFL and been a frist round pick in 1995. I have not seen or had an attorney on my team that was this bad . I am sorry but the truth is the truth there is NO way I could recommend this man. I felt like I had to send my other attorney just to make sure he had clue of what to do. I was an immature 20 year old who got himself in a very bad situation with a DUI. I spoke to 3-4 lawyers who were very short with me on the phone and only gave a 'take it or leave it' price quote between $4,000-$5,000. I was referred to Michael by my former boss and he did not disappoint!

I came in for a consultation and after spending 20-30min with him it was clear he had my best interests in mind. I will also note his fee was substantially less than other "DUI attorneys" I spoke to earlier.

He took care of all my hearings while I was back home out of state in the summer. He had such a good case lined up for my MVD hearing that the officers did not even show up and I won. As far as the criminal trial I was looking at a litany of punishment including loss of license for 1-2 years, ignition interlock for a year, a day in tent city, and 60hrs of alcohol classes. He found holes in the officer's case and forced the prosecutor to offer a plea deal to drop 4 of the 5 charges after taking a couple alcohol awareness classes. The only charge I had to admit to was underage drinking. Big deal! what ASU student doesn't have one of those on their record? I was extremely impressed with the result and will refer all in my network to him if they have a legal issue.

Micheal handled my Phoenix red light camera violation and had it dismissed. The cost of the violation, school fees [you also are required to attend traffic school as well on red light violations] and the insurance premium increase made it more than worthwile to hire this GREAT attorney. I found him through a referral service that charged me $40.00 to look him up. This includes a 30 minute overview about your case and what he can do. He rushed me off the phone, talked over me. I felt my case was not good enough for him. I was wasting his time. I still went with him because I did not know what else to do. I was hoping for guidance from the proffesional. I did not receive a call after he charged my credit card. I asked if he would touch base with me in regards to the next steps and he did not. I had received a photo radar ticket when visiting AZ from out-of-state. I had forgotten that I had received the ticket, which I received back in 2009. In researching photo radar tickets on-line for the State of AZ - I came across an article that spoke highly about Michael Kielsky in dealing with these types of violations. I called Michael on a Wednesday night and was immediately transferred to speak with him. He listened to my situation and immediately looked up my case #, which indicated that the violation was dismissed by the court because the court was not able to properly serve me. I was charged with two criminal counts as sown below an Michael Kielsky convinced the prosecutors to drop Reckless Driving and lower the other charge from criminal to civil. Awesome job, at least 5 stars for that and for the fact that he responded to my emails very fast...to all of them.

Beside that Michael agree to see me Saturday evening only to accommodate my very difficult schedule at no extra charges. Regarding the fees I can only say that he's fees are considerably lower than all those advertising on TV, less than half and I think I got the same results if not better.

Mr. Kielsky dealt with a photo radar speeding ticket for me. I was very impressed with his responsiveness to my emails, especially since it was such a small & inexpensive matter.
