Robert assisted our business in resolving disputes between the partners. Our business started doing very well. Unfortunately, there were some problems with some of the partners and their failure to contribute to the business while still getting their share.
Robert advised our company and negotiated a fair buyout after coming up with a strategy that made clear to the partner what their potential liability was and the costs involved if they refused to leave.
We have used Robert ever since and he has been great at advising us on all our business issues. He is excellent.

I contacted Robert in a panic after discovering my business partner in a small acreage farm had emptied out our business bank account. Robert was very prompt in getting back to me and spent a good amount of time listening and discussing with me the best plan moving forward. He was very knowledgeable, informative and honest concerning what charges could be filed and what he felt was the best action.
