Bennett Braverman

My husband & I have been extremely impressed and pleased by Bennett Braverman and his services in preparing a family trust for us. We hired Bennett in 2015 to put together the original version of the trust and we have now just finished up a 3 year review to update it. What could be a tedious and un...pleasant task (who wants to talk about death?) has actually been... pleasurable! Bennett is extremely good at listening to how we want our trust structured and he has come up with excellent ways to make our ‘wants’ a reality. His ability to explain all our options very clearly is marvelous. Laws and tax implications have been changing, and he has adjusted the trust to make the most of the assets we will be passing along. As a bonus, his office staff is extremely helpful and everyone goes out of their way to make things go as smoothly as possible. To put the icing on the cake, Bennett has a warm, engaging personality (and an awesome Corgi office dog)!

Bennett and his associates have helped us with our estate planning. They have done an excellent job, especially in responding when we needed to make changes. They were also helpful when we needed a reference to other outside expertise. We have been with Bennett and his practice for some time and plan... to keep the relationship.

We had the pleasure of meeting Bennett at the Boulder County Senior Law Day in August 2016. Bennett was presenting a seminar on Revocable Living Trusts. After listening to Bennett's presentation, we decided to contact Bennett to review our current Revocable Living Trust (RLT), which we had prepared... for us initially in Michigan and updated in Ohio. Since we now live in Colorado, we decided to get the RLT updated to the Colorado standard for RLTs. Bennett walked us through the steps necessary for this updating. Bennett prepared a restated RTC in language we could understand, not just in lawyer legalese. Bennett also told us how to setup our beneficiaries for all of our IRAs, stocks, etc to conform to the RTL. Bennett prepared all our health documents and financial documents for power of attorneys and Hipaa requirements. Once the RTL was restated and completed, Bennett sat down with us and went over the entire restated RTL so we understood everything contained in the restated RTL. My wife and I feel very comfortable that our restated RTL meets our estate planning needs. Thanks Bennett.

I was lucky to meet Bennett about 10 years ago from a referral from a close friend. When I started asking my community if they had experience with him, he was RAVED about by those who had used his services, and what was surprising, was how MANY there were in my circle. Bennett helped me with a few... items in my life, setting up my business LLC as well as consulting with me in regards my deceased mother's poor choice of a lawyer in Florida. His care and integrity during a difficult time for me was a gift. If you can make it easier on your kids when you leave the planet by using a kind and supportive being like Bennett, I would recommend doing it immediately. My experience closing my Mother's estate would have been completely different. I would urge you to give your family and kids the gift of this man who will support and care for them during a very challenging time.
