Immediately available and very knowledgeable

I was able to reach Mr. Casebolt directly on his cell phone and he was gracious enough to listen to my entire situation while providing his own insight into the civil litigation process. His level of accessibility and attentiveness was extremely impressive. I appreciated his time and effort.

Actually LISTENED then gave good advice

He listened and gave me steps toward finding a law firm that would help me. He told me how to explain myself clearly so they would at least let me go in for an initial consultation. Thank you.

Highly Competent, Excellent Advice

Consulted Matt on a dispute with our landlord, and then engaged him on the strength of that first interaction. He has significant litigation experience and used that experience to give us a very clear picture of the pros and cons of the various outcomes (i.e. whether to go to court or attempt to set...tle). Throughout the whole case, there were a number of times when he clearly put our interests first, when he could have easily racked up more billable hours by stringing the matter out. I found him to be highly competent - but what I appreciated most was his willingness to give blunt advice about the various decisions we had to make. His fees were quite reasonable, too - no "padding" on the invoice. All in all, hiring him was the best decision we made in this matter. Highly recommended!

Generous, Professional and Knowledgeable

In a very complicated probate case, Matt answered a question I posted. Based on his answer, I reached out to him hoping he might give me additional time to discuss other areas of my case. Ordinarily (and rightfully) he does not give his time away, however, he generously allowed me a phone conversat...ion for a brief period of time to discuss my scenario. He was very knowledgeable to the issues at hand and very professional. His recommendation regarding the course of action I take next gave me some peace of mind that I do have legal cause of concern and that I haven't placed myself in a situation of no return ...yet. In effort to seek for a better suited attorney, he generously provided a resource for me to research and didn't leave me feeling like I was still stuck. I really appreciate his forthrightness and his ability to quickly understand what is meant - even when the words are being used incorrectly (in legal language). I would highly recommend Matt.
