We hired Mr. Foster for a fiduciary/fraud business case. It is absolutely true that he is a charmer at first, but only until he gets your money. After that you have to hound him to get anything done on your case.....weeks pass without a returned phone call. Well it's been a year with no progress in our case. We've since changed our legal representation. Thank you for one year of lost momentum in our case, and thousands of wasted dollars, Mr. Foster, and shame on you for adding additional pressure and stress on a client when you are needed the most.

I recently was given Mr Foster as my court appointed Attorney. He never had any attorney/client visits with me while I was incarcerated. He would only review my cases with me for a few minutes during my Court dates. My Mother would have to text, call or just show up to his office to be informed on the progress of my cases. He never truly put up any defense on my behalf with the Asst. D.A. The only thing he made sure to do was convince my Family that by me taking the plead deal was in my best interest.
It's sad to say that I had to plead to more prison time that what is given to murderers. So please listen to my warning if you value your life, do not accept him as your Court Appointed Attorney. Hire an Attorney that will truly defend you and put the time which is needed to give you a better plead deal.
my warning if you value your life and have the opportunity to change Attorneys or hire one please do

Stephen Foster is not an attorney that I would recommend unless you are going to plea your case. If that is the case you might as well obtain a court appointed attorney. He will not fight fight for you. He is very strange and a non communicative person. He will definitely sell you out to the prosecutor if you decide to fight your case. Like most attorneys he wants to do as little work as possible for the money. Don't be fooled by this attorney because he will definitely charm you at first until he gets your money. He a is a strange being and not someone that I would recommend. Trust me take it from my experience.
