A former partner of The Law Office of Reece and Gebbia, he began his career alongside legendary attorney William T. Reece. William "Bill" Reece was known as a champion of Eastside San Antonians and all persons accused, regardless of their financial means. Bobby continues the tradition of Bill Reece by engaging in pro bono services for many clients who are abused by the justice system. Mr. Gebbia also makes a point of educating his students to understand inequality in the justice system and truly respect the presumption of innocence.

Bobby is a veteran of the United States Army where he served for five years as an Intelligence Analyst and Korean linguist. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and was the Distinguished Honor Graduate from The United States Army Intelligence School.

Bobby graduated from St. Mary's Universtiy School of Law in 2007 and immediately upon license began practicing with the Law Offices of Reece and Gebbia. He also has experience in civil litigation as he worked as in house counsel with USAA where served as a Litigation Manager.

Bobby did he his undergraduate studies at Hawaii Pacific University and is a native of Long Island, New York where he graduated from Sachem High School.

Bobby is married to the beautiful and sweet Kealohalani Gebbia and together they have five wonderful children. Mr. Gebbia and his wife have been both foster parents and adoptive parents. As a result, he is passionately dedicated to creating a better, fairer San Antonio community for his kids to grow up in.

YOU ARE THE MAN ❤️ Bobby, I'm So Thankful For You! You're Everything & More Than I Read On Your Reviews. Thank you for giving us our lives back. I Finally got good sleep last night, after almost 2 years!! Within a week of his investigator starting to investigate my 2 counts of aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon, Bobby was able to find out that this was a BS case. The next time we went to court my case was dismissed!!!!! We definitly recommend Robert “Bobby” Gebbia!

Awesome!!!

No words can explain how grateful we were to hire Robert Gebbia. Honestly wish I could put more than a 5 star. He was great with communication, very kind and did everything in his power to prove my cousins innocence and got his criminal case dismissed. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

My old man had 2 possession charges, both were with intent to deliver a controlled substance of 4-200 G, a weapons charge, along with unauthorized use of a vehicle. His court appointed attorney kept telling us that with these charges he was going to have to do a whole lot of time in prison and basically indicated that it was a waste of HIS time to try to ask for a lesser sentence because they wouldn't grant it if we did. So, needless to say, we were on the hunt for a good criminal defense attorney after hearing that! Of course, most of them were outrageously priced or just didn't seem to give us the right vibe. Just when I was about ready to give up, I got a referral from a good friend of ours for Mr. Gebbia. He was very reasonable with his costs, he had a reasonable down payment and payment plan and we got a free consultation. When I first met with him he was very understanding, but at the same time upfront and honest. But most importantly I could tell he loved a good challenge and that was exactly what we needed. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him anytime and he was always easy to get a hold of, if I had any questions all I had to do was text him and he got back to me as soon as he could. As I said originally, the court appointed attorney told us that my old man was looking at a lot of years in prison but with Mr. Gebbia taking over the case.... he got 3 charges dropped so that the only charge he had was one of the possession charges and he got him 6 months inpatient rehab with 3 months halfway house and 6 years probation but most importantly my old man got NO PRISON time!!! I promise Mr. Gebbia is well worth every penny, and I have no problem recommending him to anyone!!!

A blessing from God!

I was appointed Robert Gebbia for a felony I was charged with and he told me not to worry because he is very good at what he does. He was not lying. I've never heard one single good thing about court appointed attorneys and I only wish my financial situation were better because I owe this man my life, he really did what he said he would do and I will always be grateful for his professionalism and honesty. One of the best lawyers

Robert is an AWESOME laywer he was appointed to me after i fired my original lawyer whom was not satisfying, so i then became worried that he would be the same but ooo was i wrong he not only represented me he got my cases dismissed (both of them) and i was able to walk out if court a free women and was done with my cases after fighting for 3 years with my previous lawyer that was trying to get me time... I am forever grateful for Mr. Robert he was a true blessing.. I pray that i never get another case again but IF i do he will be the first one i call to represent me.. Thank u Robert Gebbia

3 up 3 down!!- "Thank you" isn't enough!

The words "thank you" just don't seem to be enough. Mr. Gebbia's professionalism, patience, and true interest in bettering my situation was just awesome. THIS ATTORNEY IS AWESOME!!!!

I was referred to this guy through a friend of mine, and I was worried as I had been convicted of assault with deadly weapon. I called the office and spoke to Clarissa, she calmed me down and had me come in to speak to Bobby. I am so grateful for this mans hard work and especially clarissa's. they took time to make sure everything was ready to take to court, and he fought for me in everyway. I ended up getting my case dismissed, and I still am in shock til this day looking back on it. they made me feel welcomed, confident, and made it financially easy to do payments with me so I can pay for towards my case and also still support my family. I would NOT go to anyone ELSE!! BOBBY & Clarissa both are BAD ASSSSS!!!!

Excellent

I hired gebbia for a third degree retaliation any ways the cops trumped up charges like terroristic threat me and gebbia got both cases dissmissed on the same day felt great to hold on to my rights prison

Speeding Ticket

super nice, down-to-earth, honest, hard-working man. Highly intelligent, resourceful, diligent, respected, and experienced to say the least. He is also a great person, husband, and father. Divorce

Great Guy
