Kyle & his staff clearly know their business, instill confidence & inspire trust. They understood our wishes & incorporated them readily into our trust documents. We also appreciate their ongoing efforts to keep us informed & our trust current. We recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a good trust attorney.

Kyle helped me several years ago set up a will and trust to protect my family, and i recently returned to him for updating my documents. The personal attention and confidence he provides could not be any better. I know that my family is in good hands when i leave the development and updating of my estate planning documents to Kyle. Living out of town, I have been able to work with him via email and an occassional telephone call which made my experience with his expertise even easier. I would (and have) recommend Kyle Krull to anyone looking to provide security to their family.

Kyle did an estate planning for our family. He asked the right questions and brought up things that we had not even thought about. My wife entered the hospital while we were working with Kyle. He even came to the hospital to make sure papers were signed and in order. I felt that he went above and beyond what one would expect from an attorney.

I am a Wealth Manage and my firm manages about $130 million for high net worth clients. A prospective Maryland client came to see me about her inheritance from a complicated estate based in Kansas. I recommended we engage the services of Attorney Kyle Krull to advise her on her legal rights related to the Kansas Estate. There was an urgency to the matter. I reached out to Kyles Krull on a Friday afternoon and he responded the same afternoon. He made himself available to talk with me to discuss the matter on a Saturday. He agreed to an urgent conference call appointment with the prospective client set for the Monday and fitted the call into his lunch hour. Over the weekend, I sent relevant documents to him related to the estate. he reviewed them over the weekend and was ready to discuss them with client at our call on the Monday. he gave very clear advice to the client. I really appreciated his kind and warm manner both with me and the client. I have a background in law and I can say I was incredibly impressed with Kyle Krull's prompt service and professional services.

Kyle provided my family with necessary documents and commentary to effectively close my parent's trust. He set aside time in his schedule to review our existing position, complete the remaining requirements and submit some necessary documents on our behalf. My parents chose wisely.

We appreciated the knowledgeable insights provided to us in this process . When you are beginning with a blank slate, good advice and direction are very important. Property rights and succession of those rights were issues w were not aware of prior to our meeting.

Upon learning that my spouse had amassed a large amount of credit card debt during the course of our 14 year marriage, I chose to protect the assets I accumulated prior to our marriage rather than file for divorce. Kyle was extremely helpful with that. He provided sample letters necessary to go to those managing my assets. I am a person who has no living family beyond my husband. Kyle set up a trust, recommended trust managers, provided moral and emotional support and did everything legally necessary to set me up for life and death. I have never met a man who works as hard for his clients and Kyle. I was blessed to find him. You will be amazed with his intelligence, legal skill and work ethic.

My husband and I chose Kyle for our Estate Planning attorney in 1995. He proved to be the most honest and comfortable to work with of all that we had a first interview with. He answered every question we had befor we made our final decision. He guided our decisions with patience and knowledge, helping us to make the very best decisions.
In 2004, it became my responsibility to be the sole manager of our family trust when my husband died. Kyle has continued to be supportive and always eager to counsel me at any time. He has kept me up to date with changes in the law if needed, and made suggestions that have very beneficial as I reach the time in my life that I will no longer to be here to manage the trust. My deepest gratitude goes to Kyle.

Kyle's was very helpful in teaching us (Brenda& I) and preparing us on what could and should be done with our will. We had some papers sent to our house to set the tone for our meeting and Brenda & I weren't so blind sided when when the meeting started. At the meeting Kyle even gave us options of different ways to approach this. Our concerns were first. Never trying to push us into anything. I thought going to his house would be uncomfortable but it was just the opposite. We felt very welcome and at ease in the relaxed atmosphere. Brenda and I would (and have) recommend, Kyle to all our friends.

I was referred to Kyle E. Krull by a family friend after I mentioned being interested in estate planning. I had no idea everything that it would entail and essentially felt that, as a single mother of two young children, I needed to have things in order should something happen to me.
After my initial email, I was contacted by Gretchen Krull and given detailed information about the appointment we had set up. I followed the clearly-written instructions and was prepared before my first visit with additional questions. Kyle was absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in detail, making sure he answered all of my questions and clarifying terminology so I could grasp what certain arrangements meant. He provided options, based on my answers to the pre-meeting questionnaires, that would best suit my needs. He gathered as much information as possible and I left knowing that, if I had any follow up questions or concerns, I could contact him. Also, I really value knowing that I am now part of a "client family", meaning that, even after all of the documents are drafted and signed, in the future, he would still be in contact through a newsletter and updates, in the event that I would ever need to make adjustments or changes to what I had currently decided on.
During our second meeting he went through each of the documents in detail and presented me with a very organized binder explaining what each section was for and who to distribute certain documents to; there was even a follow-up email that also covered these instructions.
I have and would advise others that estate planning should be done, mainly for peace of mind, but particularly I would recommend Kyle because of his expertise and knowledge in this area and because he really cares about a client's needs. I know I made the right choice going to Kyle for this important piece of planning for my family's future.
