St. v. M.P.

Practice Area: Criminal Defense

Description: My client was stopped at what the police claimed was a "license checkpoint". The police questioned my client, noticed that he was nervous, and asked him to step out of the car. The police requested to search the car. My client agreed to the search. I filed a Motion to Suppress all of the drugs found in the car; using United States Supreme Court case law, and law from Missouri. My motion I showed the judge that the "license checkpoint" was unconstitutional and that he should suppress all the evidence against my client.
