He is a great lawyer, I was denied when I applied for my ten year green card because I was divorced. I found him, he was very confident, and he took my case. He filed Wava, he did it, I got my permament green card. I am glad that I found him.

After filing For immigration benefit bymyself through abusive bahaviour of my husband I found myself in a no longer straightforward situation. I decided that would be best that I seek legal help before is too late and than came across attorney Khaja Din. I immediately felt comfortable with him and liked his sensibility, which was not only important to me but my case required. He talked to me about my concerns and strategised risks involved to successfully pursue my case. I was anxious but he made this whole process so easy. And couple of months later I got my long awaited green card. His hard work and persistence that he pursued my case with is a life changer! If you are in a need for legal assistance make sure you visit his office and find out for yourself!
A good criminal defense lawyer, DO NOT hire for immigration

He represented me for 3 different cases a couple years ago. He is an excellent criminal defense lawyer and knows it very well. DO NOT hire him for immigration or family law issues unless you have tons of money $$$ to give. He has Spanish, Hindi and other language speaking assistants who will do work for him and they are not good at what they do. they are simply very amateur... Also he is a last minute man, does not take long time to research and get his paperwork together. He will prepare your case same morning and might ask you "Do you have such paper with you? I couldn't find it" in front of Federal court a couple minutes before deportation case... He even pays his rent 1 day before eviction Madison, WI. Look it up public records if you wanna verify... He is really good at lying. He will make up stories and give you examples how he is good at and make you phone calls to hear his successful stories from his "previous clients" who are simply his buddies or his friends from his native home country India. He will always ask you $$$ , every phone call, every email, every conversation... You will be sick of hearing it. Payment arrangement means nothing to him. He will increase your monthly payments simply "case got more complicated". One last thing tho, I have gotten my green card and I appreciated what he has done for me...it costed me so much money than I could ever paid to any other lawyer.

Came here for my immigration matter and he took care of me even I call him in the middle off night he respond to my calls and takecare of me I highly recommend my khaja din as your immigration lawyer his fee is very reasonable even he can work with you no matter what im very happy to find me for me he is my guardian angel

Khaja Din is a great,confident and charismatic person which in addition to his knowledge of Law makes him a comprehensive and trustworthy lawyer. I won my case in a short period of time and Khaja Din showed his goal-oriented, open-minded and reliable character. I was in deportation court. Other lawyers said I didn't have a chance and should just beg for voluntary departure. I did that but still feel there was hope and finally a frined tell me about Attorney Din. I come to him and he said he could open the case still for me on VAWA grouund. I dont believe my years but hhe do it. In front of Judge he showed VAWA petition. VAWA is for women and I am husband but Attorney Din said no problem. And like he said Case is approved and now just waiting for Green Card. GREAT GREAT LAWYER
Maybe a good lawyer in certain topics but needs more info or facts on immigration.

Attorney Din is very knowledgeable as I have read but he needs to be more knowledgeable regarding immigration. He knows about the laws but doesnt seem to know how to go about them. He hardly ever.replied to my emails , all of a sudden without previous notice he forward my case to a different attorney who was very nice but like him, she didnt. know what she was doing. I was and still am the type of persons that does extreme online research regarding anything that interest me such as getting my green card and if it wasnt for that I would still be in Mexico. I was literally telling the attorneys what to do and how to do it. Basically I am NOT saying he is not a good lawyer but he needs to learn more about immigration. Based on reviews that I have read he seems to be very good in other matters such as civil matters. But in my own particular case he could have been more efficient. PS: submited application 2 or 3 times for lack of knowledge.

I was a client of Mr/ Khaja, an attorney who I truly respect too much for all unmeasureable job regarding my immigration paper work he did for me and I highly recommend him because he is a lawyer of truth. Im abused wife, i got problem with my husband and he didn't file to get my green card which is a big immigaton problem because we got married in my country ,but khaja is helping me to get my paper. I received my permit work in less than 4 weeks of filing my case, and i'm waiting for my green card.
