Being a person who grew up thinking all sorts of negative things about lawyers, Jon is an attorney who helped disseminate those negative stereotypes in my mind. He was kind and courteous, and truly sought what was best for me. He knew the laws and was timely in his actions. As we dealt with the defense attornies and doctors, they showed great respect for Jon and the PKS firm--regularly complimenting them as good, clean lawyers. I give Jon my highest recommendation both as an attorney and as a person.

Jon was very knowledgeable and handled my case with professionalism. I really enjoyed having Jon as my attorney. Jon's closing argument was the icing on the cake. I won a fair amount for my injury and I thank Jon for that.

I am a single mother of a child that was involed in a bad accident . I called probably 50 lawyers and no one would take my case and i was devastated , Untill i called Mr. Groth and he told me "He would rather try my case and lose then not to try it at all." Mr. Groth did a wonderful job for me and was able to negotiate a reasonable settlement for me. He was kind and level headed at all times evern when I was at my wits end dealing with the insurance company. I can;t thank him enough for his kindness and patience. I am a disabled Vet. when I went to Mr. Groth's office I was mezmerized by the profesanalism displayed, with a bit of small time town inteweaven, Mr. Groth. is not only a good lawyer but he treats you like your one of his own family. after sueing the Veterans Adminasration but obtaining a very small offer on my own. not only did Mr. groth get many times what the intail offering was, but also was very expediate in doing so! When you first meet him you get the impression he may be to young, but don't get the idea that his young looks don't have a in depht insight to the law. he managed to take on the goverment an win this a lone is no small feat but not only that he did it in record time. He was never to busy to take a call from me nor not to busy to answer questions not related to the case he is very knowledgable. an if there is a time in my life a need another lawyer Mr. Groth will be the first one I call!
