While sitting at a red light with my infant daughter i was rear ended by an ambulance. They had no lights on, no sirens, but there was a patient in the back. The crash left minimal damages to my truck. Do i have a case? Am i entitled to any compensation?
The quick and easy answer is yes you are entitled to compensation. If you have not already and are in need of assistance from a doctor I highly encourage you to see one right away. If the ambulance is a municipal entity you should understand there are different responsibilities when going after them. You should use this site to find a good lawyer in your area.

The damage to your vehicle should be paid for by the ambulance's insurance company.
You do not say if you or your daughter were injured but if either of you was, seek immediate medical attention from a MD and call a local PI lawyer tomorrow. The first consultation is typically free so nothing to lose and an education to be gained. best wishes
