Biography
Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin‑Madison in 1983 with a degree in Secondary Education‑English. Following graduation, she clerked at an insurance defense firm for two years before attending Marquette University Law School, where she put her English degree to use as Executive Editor of The Marquette Law Review. Chris has had articles published in both The Marquette Law Review and The Wisconsin Bar Bulletin (n/k/a The Wisconsin Lawyer). She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1988 and her entire career has been devoted to insurance defense litigation.
Chris has been a shareholder in Hills Legal Group, Ltd. since 2001 and a member of the firm since 1996. She has represented clients before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, Chris loves films and the arts. She is a frequent traveler, especially to watch her Wisconsin Badgers.
