Don Chewning primarily represents Social Security disability and SSI claimants. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A. with highest honors) and Marquette University Law School (J.D. summa cum laude), Attorney Chewning began his legal career by clerking for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Attorney Chewning has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Manitowoc County Bar Association and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Once he realized what Id informed his paralegal of during initial correspondence, (that my case was atypical) he phoned to say he wouldnt take my case. He takes easy "outta court" cases and isnt willing to practice law in a courtroom. Sad.
