Outcome: Case Dismissed

Description: Client charged with driving with an open intoxicant. He was pulled over with an open beer can in the car. The thing was that the officer had no reason to pull the client over and instead made up some claim that an unidentified person made a mysterious phone call to the police station to indicate that they had seen the client drinking while driving. Needlesstosay, after I filed our motion to suppress evidence, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case.
