Juan Garcia Jr.'s ex-partner, Cris Crawford, caught Juan laundring money - charges are currently pending out of Elkhart County. I paid Juan Garcia Jr. $5000 to represent me & then he disappeared & NEVER even showed up to any of my court hearings! I've tried to contact him, left him messages and NOTHING!! I went to his Elkhart office & it was closed!

Attorney Garcia represented me in a family law case involving child support, parenting time, and other issues. He did a great job and I got everything I wanted in the case.

My husband and I hired him for an immigration case. He susposedly filed our paperwork but we never heard from the US government. His assistant lost our file and everything was a mess. Turns out they never even filed the case. Luckily they didn't because at the time my husband did not have a document he needed in his possession and would have been deported if we continued with Juan Garcia. We found a different lawyer who was more knowledgable and were successful in achieving permanent residency. I had to threaten Juan Garcia with small claims court to get back all but the $300 retainer fee which he did not deserve to keep.

Over 2 years ago I hired Juan Garcia to handle my divorce. He did indeed collect my money and file my divorce but never completed the process. My ex- wife even got re-married believing we were divorced. After my wife (I thought was my ex) filed for copies of the divorce papers we found out we were still married. Her marriage is now void and he will not return any of my phone calls. I have called and stopped by his office at least 50 times but he was never available. Now i am forced to contact the state bar association, sue him in small claims court and refile/ repay for my divorce.
