Mr. Oberman represented me recently in a D.U.I. case and truly did a fantastic job. I thought that aspects of my life would never be the same once I had been arrested for a DUI. Initially, Mr. Oberman was able to explain the legal process to me and calm me down which was vital to me at the time. He then worked extensively on my case and found details in my case that ultimately led to a very positive result. He could not have worked harder throughout the case and he was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was able to give me a second chance in life when if I had been convicted of DUI, my life would have never been the same. I am forever grateful to Mr. Oberman.

I have never been more nervous than I was walking into Steve's office; yet, although I was still nervous, and rightfully so, considering the circumstances of my DUI, he was able to calm my parents and me down. He walked us through the legal system concerning DUI cases in Tennessee, and he was very straightforward. He was honest about the consequences at hand, but confident, all the while, that he would get the best outcome possible. In the end, he did just that. Yes he is more expensive than other lawyers but it is worth it when it comes to not getting a conviction. I have other friends/acquatenences that have had DUI's and they said they thought I was crazy hiring him. They also were convicted and had less of a Blood Alcohol level than I. Steve will retrieve the tape of the arrest and really go through it with a fine toothed comb for any loopholes. I could go further but I am out of words.
