I used Mr. Oberman recently to handle my DUI case. From the first meeting I had with him I could tell that he was the best. If you have a DUI case and need a lawyer, look no further. As soon as I walked into the courthouse I could tell that everyone knew who Mr. Oberman was; his mere presence garners the utmost respect. I received the best possible results in my tough case because Mr. Oberman is a true professional. Without Mr. Oberman my future would be nonexistent, I owe him a great deal.

Best advise I can give anyone, don't waste your time searching out a good DUI attorney, Mr. Oberman is the best of the best. I first went to an attorney who came recommended as a DUI specialist, I then went months wondering what was going on and where my case stood. After being frustrated with the non-responsiveness of that attorney a friend of mine, whom had retained Mr. Oberman previously, suggested I give him a call. In our first meeting Mr. Oberman ask questions not only regarding case but aspects regrading my personal life, effects of my DUI to such and my expectations. From then on Mr. Oberman kept me advised on all aspects of my case, findings, recommend path-forwards and, stood by me throughout my case. His knowledge and insight in the field was beyond comparison. I put all my trust in him and he came through. I would highly recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.

I could not be happier with the way Mr. Oberman handled my case. I was well informed throughout the entire process, he did not sugarcoat the facts but did provide me with information that did much to relieve my anxiety over being charged with a DUI. The Oberman Law Firm was able to guide me through very traverse litigation. Initially, I sought representation from other law firms in the Knoxville area. I wasn't able to reach out to a lawyer who understood my case and one who could provide me the best action plan moving forward. After a kind recommendation, I contacted Mr. Evans with the Oberman Law Firm and proceedings went underway. What I appreciate the most was the very "real" attitude with our communication. When faced with a recent arrest, charge of P.I., I needed a lawyer that would go to task immediately and defend my case promptly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Right from the get-go, I realized Steve was the man for the job - I had called several lawyers that morning (Saturday) and left messages on non emergency answer phones (including Steve's law firm) requesting they all return my calls. Not only was Steve "the only lawyer" to return my call (ever), but he did so that evening (9pm Saturday), whilst I am certain all other lawyers were probably at home relaxing. In fact he had been lecturing DUI law that day also. I was duly impressed... To keep a long story short, he arranged to meet with me that Monday at his office downtown Knoxville where we went through the details of my arrest and possible charges. Due to the circumstances of my case, he assigned his partner Attorney Nate Evans to be my representing attorney. (I have reviewed Nate Evans equally a 5 star rating). As a direct result of the Oberman & Rice Law Firm representation and pending payment of all court costs, the charge of P.I. was dropped, my record was expunged and I avoided attending court altogether. The best result anyone could possibly hope for given the circumstances. Steve and Nate are true professionals, I cannot recommend their services enough. Steve's willingness to just jump in and get going on this when other attorneys were obviously too busy, spoke volumes. (Everyone is busy these days!) He and Nate put me at ease immediately and although still slightly nervous, I left the office knowing that I had just hired the "best" there is. Thanks again Steve, Nate. Cheers.

As you can tell with my "Excellent" rating for all categories when judging Steve's performance as my attorney in a DUI charge, I was extremely please with his knowledge, professionalism and most importantly his results. I had a very difficult case that involved an accident. Steve and his team were very thourough in attaining all of the facts of the case and using them to help me get a settlement that I was very happy with. The biggest thing with Steve that I was impressed with was how much he really seemed to care about my case. I know he had a bunch of cases going on at the same time, but everytime I called him or saw him in person he knew exactly what was going on with me.
