A++ Attorney

I was in a terrible situation when Keith came to my rescue and helped me win my case. He knows the law, has superior litigation skills, and helped me understand the legal process. He communicated with me throughout the case. I could have never handled my case alone and in fact, other attorneys said ...my case would be difficult to win, but he was confident and prepared and won my case. For the first time in a long while, I can relax knowing justice was served.

Keith is an excellent lawyer

Keith has a lot of experience, is a hard worker, understands the big picture, is able to simplify complex ideas into simple words and has repeatedly gotten outstanding results for his clients. He’s also a great person. I strongly recommend him.

Ethical and Uninfluenced

Has been several years since I first consulted Keith for a particular (and peculiar) situation. Because of a nondisclosure agreement I can't go into details. Keith was practically the only attorney in Knoxville who would handle my case because of the oddity of the situation and settled at 100% to... my satisfaction. I would recommended Keith in a second.

Absolutely Unprofessional

Originally had a consult scheduled that had to be rescheduled to work around a doctor apt for my wife's heart condition. This typically wouldn't be a big deal but I was met with a short/hateful behavior from his assistant. The consultation was rescheduled for a couple days after the deadline for a ti...me sensitive matter that had a deadline of 6/25. I called his assistant about the matter and she instructed me to email him, I sent an email on 6/23, 6/24, and the 6/26 with no response. I contacted the office that referred him to me (who also emailed him) and they told me that they received a reply from him stating that he called me and settled the matter (he did not call me). Finally after leaving another voice mail on 6/26 I received a call back. When he called back I was asked in an extremely rude manor "what do I owe you", "I don't have to reply", and "I received you emails, what do you want" just to name a few. If he received my emails but didn't want to answer all he had to do was say so and I would have taken my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this attorney unless you like the person WORKING FOR YOU to talk down to you, ignore you, and treat you like you're beneath them.

Keith Stewart

Keith is the person to hire, for Knox County Traffic defense. Keith answers his phone calls, follows-up with e-mail, takes the time to discuss the case, then handles it. His follow-up protocol and patience is exceptional.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
