Mr. Pearlman is the definition of a top lawyer. He moves quickly, is willing to do whatever it may take to help you and always has your best interest in mind. I can't express in words how thankful I am to of had Mr.Pearlman represent my loved one. He fights for you and thinks outside of the box. I was referred to Lee though a friend of a friend, thats how these things usually happen. he had handled his DUI and was successful in getting a reduction to reckless driving. I submitted abreath sample almost 3 times the legal limit, and Lee was able to have it supressed. This resulted in my case also being reduced to reckless driving. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for solid DUI defense. Mr. Lee Pearlman provided my wife and I and our daughter with wise counsel, expert legal advice and has represented us in a completely competent and professional manner in various court proceedings in front of two adjudicating judges who, at times, were extraordinarily and needlessly adversarial. He has represented our daughter in a felony DUI, where, based on extenuating circumstances, he was successful in getting the charges and penalties significantly reduced. Driving home one night on 19 we had a problem with an officer concerning our stopping for an accident up ahead.
Needless to say we did not agree with the ticket or how it was handled. This turned out to be an felony offense.

Because of Lee Pearlman my step-son avoided a 2 year stay in the Florida prison system. Lee was able to work with the Prosecutor's office to accept drug treatment for him in lieu of prison time.
