Customer review: The only issue that I have is that Mr. Head sent one of his associates the day of my sentencing. I guess I paid for his services so I expected his presence. This is also not my first time using Mr. Head and I don't feel the same effort and attention was put into this case as was the first time. Other than that, I would and have recommended his services.

Thank you for the very aggressive and professional representation of my license suspension hearing tonight in court. I must tell you that tonight will be the first restful night of sleep I will have since my incident. Win or lose on the suspension question I feel we scored some major points in the testimony and the cross exam of the police officer. If the Judge rules for the suspension he was not listening to the testimony of the officer involved and your closing statements.

I came home and told my wife I wish she was there and I almost stayed to hear the other two cases you had to represent. I hope they went as well as I think mine did. Customer review: Being arrested for DUI at age 23 was the most humbling and humiliating experience of my life. After spending 14 hours in a metro Atlanta jail and missing a full day of work while incarcerated, my father in law (an attorney in South Georgia), told me to call "Bubba Head." When I placed my first call to the office, I was immediately at ease upon going through the "intake" process with a very knowledgable and caring staff member. Her manner on the phone was like receiving a "warm hug" - during a VERY stressful time. When I got the initial client information packet, I immediately knew that this firm took DUI defense seriously. Mr. Head wanted to know every single detail of what happened during my arrest. Mr. Head gives a free consultation, and given his level of experience, an hour of his time is very valuable. During my intial consultation with Bubba, I was suprised that he wanted to know who I was, what I wanted to do in life, what my careers goals were, etc. He was interested in me as a person, not just my DUI case. I knew I had fallen into the right hands. After 3 years in the court system, I was found not guilty of DUI at a bench trial and completely acquitted of the DUI charge. It is understandable why many prosecutors do not want to go to trial against Bubba - it is hard to beat someone who literally wrote the book on Georgia DUI law! Customer review: Bubba exceeded my expectations. He saved me from certain conviction, he had my arrest reduced to a wreckless driving. He put me a easy during a during a very stressful time in my life. He indirectly taught me alot about myself, he gave me back the self esteem that I lost over over this incident. He is highly thought of among his peers, his success over the years has not made him unapproachable. He is a great listener and " people person". I recommended him to anyone who found themselves in a situation as unfortunate as I found myself in.

I would suggest that you purshase William's Book, The DUI Book, A Citizen's Handbook on Fighting a Drunk Driving Case. This book is a great resource for accused DUI-DWI drivers to help supplement you on the complexities of criminal litigation. I keep it in my offfice to remind myself what I have been thru.
