Tom Holder represented me in my case and I was very pleased with the outcome of my case, him and his staff were very easy to talk to and did an excellent job of keeping me aware of what was going on throughout the entire case, I am a very satisfied individual in the outcome of my case, I was very blessed to have a lawyer that was there for me if I had any questions, if I ever was to need a lawyer, I would consult him first.

We started working with Tom in 2005. The injuries I recieved on my job left me in need of someone with the know how to handle the insurance company to our benefit. Tom took care of that. I was involved in a devastating injury at work that caused significant breathing problems for me. As a nurse, I know how difficult physicians can be to work with. I also know that certain injuries are difficult to prove unless you have a team that is on your side. Tom was there for me and helped me through a time of pain, anxiety, financial hardship, uncertainty, physical pain and suffering and often a feeling of hopelessness. In the small town where I am from, there is a good ol' boy network that could have squashed any hope of my getting compensated fairly. He looked out for my future well being and actually talked me out of settling at that time. We may have won a little more money, but I wouldn’t be doing so well today. I had the surgeries that I needed and took the time to get the treatments I needed. Now I am doing very well, back at work and very grateful to this fine lawyer. Had we settled at that time, the bit of extra money I might have made could never compare to the quality of life I have now. Likewise, if we would have settled, I would probably be on disability for the rest of my life, struggling to breath and suffering long term cardiac and pulmonary damage. I will always be grateful for what Tom did for me. During such a difficult time like that, you need someone you can trust…Someone that understands…Someone that will be honest and fair with you. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Holder took my case on because, this was not a case that was going to make any one rich, it was simply going to have justice served to an individual that was lacking in moral character. This man that I worked for denied me information on workers compensation after I was injured on the job. Tom took over a difficult situation and made a very positive outcome.
