Biography
STATEWIDE LAW PRACTICE IN ALL STATE AND FEDERAL TRIAL AND APPEALS COURTS. I have represented David against Goliath for my entire career. In addition to winning dozens of trials and settling thousands of cases totaling many millions of dollars (many of which are confidential settlements that cannot be disclosed), I have handled over fifty published appeals in the state and federal courts. Very few lawyers have had the privilege of arguing a case in the U.S. Supreme Court, and you can count on one hand the number of lawyers in Georgia who have done so twice. I am one of those lawyers. Call me if you would like to discuss your case and I will do my best to help you -- or, if I do not think I can help you, I will give you the name of a lawyer who may be able to. That being said, I hope that you never need my services because that would mean that you a suffered a terrible loss. Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. He answers his phone even when he is busy to tell you that he is busy now but he cares. He also, refers you to a another Lawyer whom you can trust, if he can't help you. such a wonderful Character.
