also known as Your Georgia Trial Lawyer
STATEWIDE LAW PRACTICE IN ALL STATE AND FEDERAL TRIAL AND APPEALS COURTS. I have represented David against Goliath for my entire career. In addition to winning dozens of trials and settling thousands of cases totaling many millions of dollars (many of which are confidential settlements that cannot be disclosed), I have handled over fifty published appeals in the state and federal courts. Very few lawyers have had the privilege of arguing a case in the U.S. Supreme Court, and you can count on one hand the number of lawyers in Georgia who have done so twice. I am one of those lawyers. Call me if you would like to discuss your case and I will do my best to help you -- or, if I do not think I can help you, I will give you the name of a lawyer who may be able to. That being said, I hope that you never need my services because that would mean that you a suffered a terrible loss. But if you do, and if I decide to accept your case, I will do my best to champion your cause with strength, dignity, and sensitivity.

Dr. Dean
Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. He answers his phone even when he is busy to tell you that he is busy now but he cares. He also, refers you to a another Lawyer whom you can trust, if he can't help you. such a wonderful Character.
"I have worked with Craig Jones on an excessive force, deprivation of civil rights 1983 action and found his experience, understanding of all legal issues, and abilities to be well beyond the understanding of others who practice in this area. I would recommend Craig Jones in any area of litigation, as his demonstrated ability to screen, clarify and target the issues and tenaciously pursue results has been impressive."
"I have had the privilege of watching Craig Jones argue cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and in Federal Court. Craig Jones is truly an outstanding trial lawyer and I endorse his wholeheartedly."
"Craig Jones is truly an exceptional attorney. His knowledge of the law, combined with his incredible ability to conceptualize and execute strategic legal maneuvers, catapults him above all other attorneys in his area of expertise."
"I have brought Craig in to co-counsel on complex litigation matters. He is a true expert in his field."
"I endorse this lawyer with the highest recommendation. I am a lawyer that needed a lawyer. Several lawyers told me I needed a lawyer's lawyer and that was Craig T. Jones. He is a bulldog, relentless, creative, knows the law (I think he has a photographic memory) and is a great negotiator. He understands the rhythm of negotiation and is a psychologist in terms of getting into the counterparty's head. If I were facing Craig as an opponent, I would consider settling. Juries love him, judges respect his way around the court room, and all clients really care about are results and he gets results - I know this first hand. In my own case, I was willing to settle at one point and Craig smiled and shook his head and said "not yet." Sure enough, Craig squeezed more juice out of the orange. I think Craig is so good at what he does because he loves litigating and is passionate about getting justice done, especially for the underdog. I know of no litigator more skilled than Craig."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Craig Jones. Craig is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I know, and his commitment to achieving justice for his clients is unequaled. He works tirelessly for his clients and their causes. I recommend him highly."
"Craig is not only an experienced litigator, he is a caring advocate that fights hard for his clients."
"I have know Craig for many years. He has taken on many difficult 1983 civil rights cases, particularly against municipalities. I would have no problem referring any of my cases to him."
"Craig is an outstanding lawyer. We worked together on a civil rights /' medical malpractice case and he obtained a fantastic result. He is excellent, both for clients directly, and as expert co-counsel on complex matters. I highly recommend Craig."
