Not only was she fully knowledgable, leaving no gaps in her research, but she spoke plainly in language I could understand.I felt comfortable addressing my concerns and did not feel "talked down to" during the entire process. She did not blow up my expectations, nor did she leave me feeling helpless before a large corporate wall. A good well rounded attorney with a human side.

Having to go up against your employer is never fun, but hiring Betti made the process much less stressful. She was highly professional and always kept me up to date with my case. In the end, I felt like I got not only the best settlement possible, but in a reasonable amount of time. My case had a lot of gray areas because I was injured at an off-site team building event during non-business hours, but that was not a problem for Betti. It was very obvious that she has many years of experience. I would definitely recommend this attorney to others.
Judy Croy, Workers compensation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have worked with Betti on several occasions and found her to be a strong advocate for her client. She was able to temper her advocacy with good humor and excellent ethics. She is well trusted in the community and I would recommend her to an injured worker without reservation.
