BEN IS THE MAN

Since the onset of my soliciting Mr Ben Gerber from an overwhelming crowd of attorneys to represent me in my Workers Compensation case, he and his office has performed the task in a very professional manner. I wish I could say the same for the Workers Compensation carrier, Ace America Ins. This company has from the very beginning found my concerns to be the least of theirs. Hence, enter Ben Gerber. Sure, these insurance folks have given him every legal runaround possible in order to avert serving my direct needs for healthcare and replacement income, but Ben has seen this before. He works tirelessly on a contingency basis hoping that his clients have the same fortitude and allow due process to evolve. One has to understand that it is the insurance companies sole purpose to deny necessary coverage to their benefactors whenever the effect is adverse to their bottom line. I'm very pleased Ben has my back on this, I would have nothing without him. I do not provide my trust easily, it must be earned. Ben has done that.

Benjamin Gerber is a trial lawyer, focusing his practice on helping those who have been injured on the job.

Ben created his law office in 2010 determined to provide superior representation for those who were injured on the job and need assistance in understanding the workers' compensation system. In 2012, Ben expanded his practice and added a second attorney, Matthew Jordan, to the firm.

Ben graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, it was at the Consumer Affairs Clinic where he first began to assist individuals against big corporations. Ben also had legal internships at the Department of Justice and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Ben moved to Georgia in 2001 and began his career working for insurance defense firms. Ben learned what the strategies and motivations of insurance companies were while trying cases on their behalf. In 2004, Ben was recruited to a firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

Ben has been recognized as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine during each of the past 5 years, and is rated 10.0/10.0 Superb by AVVO. He is an active member of the WCCL,Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is also a Junior Board Member for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

Ben is husband and a father to three children and is active in coaching his children in youth league sports.

So great best experience I could ever have

Natalie Elkins and the team too charge and I had to do nothing the were up front and fair about all aspects they were tough and ready to fight for me and my family and got me money that I never knew I was entitled too!! They fought the insurance companies excuses with cold hard facts

Firstly I was solicited by at least 20 attourneys that ask me to sign an agreement(before) We ever got to specifics. Could not be more pleased.

I was at an impasse with my insurance company. They weren't taking my calls and every e-mail received made me feel more and more powerless. Chris Gifford of Gerber and Holder fixed that. He got the adjusters attention and their glacial pace sped up dramatically. I got more than their initial offer and my resolution sped up to weeks instead of months. He took my calls on holidays when I was trying to leave a message. I had special circumstances which he took pains to remedy. I could not be happier with Mr. Gifford's results.
