Working with Dan and Ashley was cool. Whenever I had questions, they answered them. Their rates are good and they also offer low monthly installments if you can't pay it all at once. When starting my bankruptcy, I was lost, clueless, and undereducated. Because of this, I pushed filing off for months and months and months. Dan and Ashley took a look at my situation and knew what I would qualify for (Chapter 7) right off the bat and made sure to break everything down in term's I could understand. When I met with my creditors, they showed up early and gave me a heads up of what to expect which calmed my wife's emotions about the whole thing, and when it came time to be interviewed, Ashley listened and watched like a hawk to make sure my rights weren't overlooked or compromised. I received my discharge letter about 3 months after court and my credit score increased instantly. Since they made sure we covered all my debts in detail before filing, my credit reports from all 3 bureaus showed no debt. If have to file bankruptcy, call them. I was referred to them by my mom when she filed bankruptcy a few years ago when my dad had a heart attack and nearly passed away. From what we gathered almost all their business comes from positive referrals!!
