Felony Heroin Possession- Charge Dropped

Outcome: Felony Charges Dropped, Record Sealed

Description: Client and co defendant were pulled over in metro Atlanta, and search of vehicle lead to discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia. After negotiations with District Attorney's office, client was allowed to enter into a treatment program under DA's and my supervision. After client was able to successfully complete the treatment conditions, the charges were dropped and client's record was sealed.
