Army Specialists' DUI Dropped- Construction Accident

Description: On leave from Iraq, client had been at a bar with friends and was involved in an accident on the way home. Client's vehicle collided into the back of a road work crew doing repairs at night. Client refused sobriety testing, though officer's report noted alcohol odor and other manifestations of alcohol impairment. After through pretrial negotiations, with both the Judge and prosecutor, the DUI charge was dropped, with client pleading to a lesser traffic offense.
