A very tragic and unfair thing was done to someone in my family. I was horrified to learn about it and felt completely helpless. I contacted Mr. Jeffcoat and he and his staff immediately took my call. He was compassionate and obviously had a lot of experience with similar cases. I decided to hire him. He fought was hard for us and always let us know exactly what was going on with the case. There were many twists and turns in the case, but I felt like Mr. Jeffcoat was always actively fighting for us. When the case finally concluded, we were satisfied with the result.

Elizabeth: I'm not sure why you are posting such a negative review for Mr. Jeffcoat's firm. I had a great experience with his office. He and his staff were always available to answer my questions...even over the weekends. I was in a horrible auto. accident and after hiring his firm I didn't have to worry or stress about anything related to my case; I knew that I was in good hands. Maybe you didn't follow his advise, just like you didn't follow the guidelines listed on this site...."Be helpful, not spiteful." "Don't post hostile or insulting content." I'm sure that if you had any issue while he was handling your file, he or his staff would have handled it in a professional manner. Your review shows that you have had 3-5 lawyers in the past, I know that if I were ever in the need for an attorney that I would always return to Mr. Jeffcoat's office.

Mr. Jeffcoat, like any attorney, paints a picture that he is wonderful and magnificent, and great. His websites portrays that they return phone calls, etc. They are friendly, yes, but when it comes to returning phone calls and meeting deadlines that they set, basically doing their job it is definitely a downward spiral. I thought that I would have a great experience. He seemed to be professional, results-driven, and knowledgeable. Paying this law firm must have been a sleep pill for them because they did nothing with my case. Hopefully others will have a better experience. Unfortunately, I had to hire another attorney to get my problem solved.

Michael is the kind of lawyer that anyone would be lucky to have. Michael brings to the table effort, intensity, strong trial skills and high expectations. He got a really great result in my case. It involved a major auto accident where my father was killed. He kept me informed the whole way. Michael is a great guy. He will put together a plan for your case at the beginning, and he never deviated from the plan. Everybody knows he is a good lawyer. He does things the right way, and the guy gets results. He changed my life for the better after a tragic situation.
