I became a lawyer to help people who have been injured. The only thing worse than a legal problem is a medical problem, and my highest goal is to help my clients obtain the best medical care available in the state of South Carolina. My next goal is to do everything possible to help my clients obtain all of the other benefits they may be entitled to, such as financial compensation, future medical care benefits, and other entitlements.

My wife is a Spanish instructor at the University of South Carolina. We have two young children, and three dogs. We live in West Columbia, South Carolina.

Workers compensation

I was overwhelmed after I got hurt at my job, when I found this attorney! With his knowledge of the law, he stood up for my treatment, care of injuries, and lost wages. The big company I worked, and workmans comp did not have my best interests only their own. But Mr Tyler Lee "held their feet to the fire" to help this little one.

Excellent decision

I was injured at work, and at first I wasn't going to pursue a worker's comp case, because I was uncertain of my rights and how the case would be handled. Mr. Lee explained the entire process to me and I was updated constantly with information pertaining to my case. Hiring Mr. Lee was absolutely the best decision I could have made.

Dedicated

It was the right decision to hire Mr. Lee. He immediately started work on my case contacting all involved on my behalf including the police. He handled everything in a timely fashion, contacted me with regular updates regarding my case and made himself available for questions. Driving is a large part of my job and this car accident could have negatively impacted my career and life. Mr Lee had the case against me dropped and my driving record cleared. His professionalism and dedication was paramount. Thank you again Mr. Lee.

A great lawyer!!!

I visited Tyler for a workman's comp injury. He was awesome right from the start. I really felt that he was looking out for me in every way. He kept me aware of everything that was happening, and why. Everything he did was explained very clearly, and he made sure I was comfortable with every choice that I made. He reviewed every alternative with me, and I felt that all his advice and actions were sound. It was like I had a friend who was a lawyer.
