At Braddock Law Firm, LLC, we are committed to providing individualized representation to every client. Attorney Bryan W. Braddock has been practicing law for over 15 years, and recognizes that each case, and each client, is unique and requires a different approach. Some should be resolved quickly while others require extensive discovery and a trial, often with the help of qualified experts. With his experience, Bryan can assess your case and recommend the appropriate strategy.
If you have a family law concern, we can provide the answers you need and help you decide how to move forward. Bryan is a family court mediator who can provide mediation services for unrepresented parties as well as the clients of other attorneys or represent his own clients during mediation sessions. He understands the value of negotiation and compromise in family law cases, when possible.
Should your case require a trial, however, you will have an experienced trial attorney on your side. Having tried dozens of various domestic cases for individual clients, Bryan also has experience as a part-time public defender and prosecuted cases for the Department of Social Services. His trial experience includes criminal cases, personal injury cases and workers' compensation hearings, among other areas.
As our client, you can expect us to keep your budget in mind. We strive to maximize your money and get the most favorable result possible under the circumstances.
Bryan's work has earned him a peer-reviewed AV* rating from Martindale-Hubbell as well as a client rating of 10.0 on AVVO, which is considered "superb." His legal and other professional activities include:
Family Law section chair for the South Carolina Association for Justice (2012-present)
Member of the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice (2008-2014)
Member of Prospect United Methodist Church and chairperson of the board of trustees for the South Carolina United Methodist Church Conference (2013-present)
