Shachar Shawn Malachovsky is an attorney licensed in the State of New York with over Ten Years Experience. He was the founder of The Law Offices of S. Malachovsky PLLC, in January 2004. Mr. Malachovsky earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from the City University of New York School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. Mr. Malachovsky is admitted to practice law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, in and for the Second Judicial Department since 2002.
Mr. Malachovsky has also mediated cases for the Civil Courts of the City of New York in Queens, was a Court Monitor at the Richmond County Foreclosure Settlement Conferences for the Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN) and is a member of the Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN).
Mr. Malachovsky came to the United States with his family when he was child and has gone through the immigration and naturalization process himself. That is why he knows the importance of good legal immigration representation. Mr. Malachovsky is also fluent in the Hebrew language.
