Description: Client was charged with possession with intent to distribute class B and class D. He was also charged with possession of class B and class D (5 oz). I filed a motion to suppress the stop of my client's vehicle and won. As a result, all of the evidence seized was the 'fruit of the poisonous tree' and the Commonwealth has no further evidence to go forward.
