Very Professional, highly recommended.

Dream come true

I fount Josh online when I was desperately looking for help. I came to US with an O-1 Visa as a professional dancer. Time was passing by and I knew I won't be able to dance forever. What then? I had to leave the country and simply move on? Maybe, but its not what I wanted. After being here for over 5 years, having a life and being able to see my self living in US, I knew I wanted to stay. At the time someone have told me " You have an O-1 already. You can easily get a green card on your own!" So I applied by myself and unfortunately 6 months later I was denied. I had no idea what happened. Obviously it wasn't that easy as my friend suggested. I was stressed and confused. At this time I was also dealing wth a back injury and I knew my remaining time as a dancer was limited. I panicked. Started looking online for an immigration lawyer who cold help me and explain to me what have I done wrong. Many of the Law Offices I contacted previously to Josh's told me I have no chance. Their explanation was I wasn't "special" enough to get the green card trough my profession. They didn't see any other way but getting married. I finally contacted Josh. He was very kind. Looked at my papers. He didn't promise anything but said he need to know more about me and my carrier. He told me "Why don't you come back in 6 months or so. You just got denied and Its not a good idea to reapply immediately." He also explained to me what would I need more for my future application and how everything should come together. I came back to his office 6 months later. He took my case and started working on it immediately. He was patient and very carful, exploring every single possibility and angle. He guided me step by step trough the process being always on the top of every detail. Every single thing he suggested was well thought and I had a feeling that he was also trying to predict how USCIS office was going to respond to it. He wanted to be ready. And for a reason. After we got a "request for evidence" he knew exactly what to do. Here I am now, an year and a half later a proud green card holder. I am currently not dancing due to my back surgery. If it wasn't for Josh, I have no idea where would I be now, most likely not in US. He made my dream come true. I will always be very grateful. Thank you Josh!

Approved without filling I-601

In November 2021 I had my interview with the immigration, my interview was a horrible experience, during the interview the officer said that he believed I committed fraud on my visa application back in my country and because of that I wasn’t eligible for the green card, me and my husband explained to the officer that I never committed fraud on my visa application and tried to explain to him every point he was making against us, even though we had an answer for every question he was making he was not happy about it, he wanted us to admit that I committed fraud, after almost 2 hours inside that room going back and fourth with the officer on arguments me and my husband gave up and we decided to agree to the officer and just leave the interview, after 2 months I got a RFE where the immigration was asking me to file a I-601 form, my whole world fell apart with that letter, filling this I-601 was everything I did not want to do. I shared my story on a Facebook page and one random girl reached out to me talking about joshua and how he helped her with her case, she said he was the one to help me, I read his reviews and I was impressed, I call his office immediately, and after telling him my story he said we could defend my case and send prove to the immigration that I never committed any fraud and that I was eligible for the green card, his attention to details on my case was amazing, Joshua made an incredible defense on my case, he sent the letter to the immigration and it was a long 12 months waiting on uscis decision, SO HERE I AM, with my green card in hands telling you guys how amazing Joshua is. Again, he was able to win a case where I was accused of Fraud, it was definitely the most sensitive spot that the immigration can put you in and he was able to win the case. I hope that if you are reading this you feel comfortable on counting on Joshua to take care of you case. God bless this man’s life, every night I remember him on my prays. Thank you Joshua

Great Lawyer

It is my absolute privilege to write this review for Joshua Paulin for helping me with my immigration case. Josh is a great Attorney. I am glad I hired him to work on my case. He handled my case with great compassion and professionalism. He has immense knowledge and understanding of immigration laws. He filed my I-751 petition. I was a little worried as my case was with a waiver, but Josh was very compassionate, he took the time to explain the whole process, answer every question I had and made me feel comfortable. He is honest, patient and really good at what he does and he genuinely cares about his clients. He was always very prompt in responding to my emails and queries. He made sure that he included all the evidence possible in my file to get my case approved. I got my case approved without an RFE or an interview. His fee is also on the lower end of lawyers offering the same service. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with immigration. Thank you again Josh!

Best Attorney in town

My immigration was case complicated. I was on a removal proceeding and the previous attorney had run out of ideas. I went online looking for an attorney who could be able to handle my case. The moment I presented my case to Josh, he immediately said that I still had a couple of options to fight the removal. He walked me through the process of how to deal with the case, and I left his office with hope. I had a preliminary court hearing, but I didn't understand what the preliminary hearing meant. He prepared me and explained to me the whole process. He is a very patient person, a good listener, caring, and dedicated to helping his clients. He will pick up phone calls and respond to emails in a very timely manner and answer all questions you would have in a layman's language, or break it down to make sure you understand all the legal terms of your case. He is absolutely the best attorney in town and I highly recommend him to those struggling with immigration or deportation.

Best Immigration Attorney Ever

Joshua helped me with my N-400 Naturalization Application and went with me on my interview day and helped clarifying my answers to the immigration officer. With him sitting next to me, the interview was a breeze. From Start filing the application to getting my interview and then Naturalization Certificate (it was same day Oath Ceremony), it took only 4.5 months total. All my emails to him were replied within a couple of hours. Joshua is an easy going and an amazing attorney! I thank him dearly for doing a great job for us immigrants!

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly

Joshua helped us with my husbands green card process and was absolutely wonderful. We are across the country and he made himself available for frequent phone calls and quick email responses. He helped us navigate this complicated process seamlessly and was kind and compassionate. The best choice

My spouse and I started my green card process without a lawyer and we messed up everything. When I received a NOID, we decided to hire an immigration attorney. I talked to many lawyers and when I talked to Mr. Joshua I knew that I found what I was looking for. My case was a really hard case but he handled it and few months after I got an approval for my green card.I was so hopeless in our last meeting that I barely spoke to you but I would like to say: Thank you very much!
