When I got pulled over once for rolling through a stop sign I was upset, but when I got pulled over for driving 56 in a 25 I was furious! This was all days before my birthday and I thought the speed limit was one thing the cop said it was another (I was in a school zone and was not paying attention).... So after this I called at least 5 attorneys and I went with mr Kim because he was honest with what outcome I would most likely receive. After 2 long months I have received exactly what he said which was a dismal and points reduced for the other (stop sign was dismissed and speeding was reduced to 9 mph over.). In general mr Kim is the guy to go with super knowledgeable and honest, he doesn’t try to overestimate the outcome he tells you bluntly what he thinks you’ll get whether that’s with or without him he even offered to give me advice for going on my own. So i was charged in 2016 for my frist felony drug charge possession of sech 1 2 heroin. 3 years i walked into his office broken addicted and probely wasnt very nice. The one thing i can say is he never sugarcoated my charges or what i was facing. His last words that day were that it is a "50 50 cha...nce" that eather your going to continue to use and probely die or you will beat it. So i was very upset and angry because i didnt think my charges were fair and that it wasnt my fault this happened and i didnt want to go to jail eather. So fast track went to court he got me a 251 plea deal meaning if i remained off of opioids aka herion for 2 years that my judge would dismiss my felony and i wouldn't have a felony on my record. I was put on probation for 2 years had to do 100 hours of community service plus pass random urine testing at porbation. I had a few bumbs few positive UA and then it happend i cought another charge same as before witch would mess my 251 up because i couldnt get into any troble with the police or have new charges i was so scared cuz now i resolve my other case but still it was a misdemeanor not only that but i had postive UA for something eles he somwhow got thoses dropped i had a really great judge. so fast forward to 5 days ago feb 22 i go in to court mr kim knows i have panic attacks and always assured me that it was gonna be ok he stright up told me that im most likely going to get the felony and suspended jail sentence with another year probation. I thought for sure i was going to jail. He fought for me everytime and didnt stop fighting until it was resolved. Amazingly to BOTH are surprise my judge said mr kim give me another reason to give ur client freedom. Kim said honestly the truth 3 years ago ur honor this woman was a mess there were times i didnt think she was gonna make it she did everything u asked of her and out of the 3 years not one drug test was positive for opioids and the juge said that if i stayed off herion for 2 years he let me go.. well we were all shocked when the judge came back with his decision he said im going to take a chance with you eather your going to be a success or fatality i walked away from court that day with my felony dropped no more probation or court or jail im free and not a state number. I owe alot of my strength and willingness to change and do better to mr. Kim he never gave up he fought for me and he got me free when i belive most people wouldn't have gotten what i got. So im 3 years clean off opioids and have a nomal american citizen with no felony record.. i reccomend mr kim to anybody that wants a great lawyer and will fight and always keep it 100% real with you. Your best bet is with mr kim.. Thank you Kim you will never truly know how much you helped me and how much you help change my life. Putting up with me was not always the best but you held in there and didnt let my bullshit slide externally grateful. I dont need to say my name you already know who it is :)

I'd gotten myself my a big load of trouble that would have disgraced me from my family. Wayne was super understanding about the extent of my crime and didn't make me feel like a criminal at all. We were expecting the worst of the worst when the two witnesses pulled up to the courtroom with an irrefut...able evidence. I thought my life was over if I was convicted and unable to get the conviction expunged. Wayne pulled through and my case was dropped!! Now I'm going through with him again to get my case expunged. Can't recommend someone else, he's very thoughtful and gets back to you in a timely manner. If he can guide someone like me through this hot mess then he can DEFINITELY help you. xoxo
