I consulted Attorney Vivek Malik regarding a very complicated case of the immigration of my son. Though we we had more one meeting and multiple exchanges of emails, he did not charge anything. He is a pride of Indian diaspora. I recently scheduled a free consultation for help with my daughter's naturalization process. Like most people we were confused with the process and weren't sure if we were doing it right. Mr. Malik was very helpful and very nice. He was even honest enough to tell us we didn't need his services bec...ause we were on the right track and almost done. That's integrity in my eyes. The above captioned title is a summary of how I would describe Mr Malik as an Attorney after my experience with him in the way he handled my brother's case with ICE. My brother had been taken in custody pending deportation after an unsuccessful appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals as a result... of poor representation by another mediocre attorney. I had spoken with or visited about 10 Attorneys before I met Mr. Malik, all of whom were either hesitant or scared to take my brother's case or portrayed his case as a very hard/hopeless expensive bargain. At least that is how their responses sounded to me. I was so desperate and did not know who to hire as all those attorneys painted a picture of a near impossible case. When I met Mr Malik though, he was a keen listener, understood the weight of the matter, expressed experience with similar litigation and was in fact the only Attorney that did not shy away from taking over the case. He confidently did and in a matter of weeks my brother was freed from the ICE custody. Apart from that, he was agreeable to installment payments for his fees. What else can one ask? I will recommend him for anyone looking for a superb immigration law guru.

When we hired Mr. Malik we had a bit of an issue that we were concerned about. Mr Malik was very patient and explained that it was nothing to worry about and assured that everything would go smoothly. He and his staff were available all through our journey guiding us and keeping us in the loop with ...that latest developments of our case. It could have been a very stressful process had we been on our own, but the experience of Mr. Malik came in handy and we practically breezed through the entire process including the interview.
