Plz DO NOT HIRE HIM IF you think your case is complicated or important for time being. Vivek malik never worked on my case at all. his assistant did lots silly mistakes in filling my form which delayed my case. I had very hard time reaching him after i hired him. We have paid other attorneys on different occasions and didn't have much hope for our situation but someone told us those lawyers were wrong and that we still had options for our immigration issues with Mexico.
