Plz DO NOT HIRE HIM IF you think your case is complicated or important for time being. Vivek malik never worked on my case at all. his assistant did lots silly mistakes in filling my form which delayed my case. I had very hard time reaching him after i hired him. I am writting this for those people w...hom are having difficulties in their immigration cases plz hire someone better whom you can trust.

I have a better understanding on how J-1 visa works and what I should plan in advance. He advised me to find... a post-doc/research fellowship position and that there’s no deadline for J-1 visa. Therefore, it could be available at any time. H1B visa is also advised as the next step once the individual gets the position. I really appreciate him for his time.
