All about money

Plz DO NOT HIRE HIM IF you think your case is complicated or important for time being. Vivek malik never worked on my case at all. his assistant did lots silly mistakes in filling my form which delayed my case. I had very hard time reaching him after i hired him. I am writting this for those people w...hom are having difficulties in their immigration cases plz hire someone better whom you can trust.

Either you never retained us or you are hiding behind a fake name because if you retained us and we did anything wrong to you or in your case, you should not shy away from talking about it, what was done wrong or mentioning your complete name. J-1 visa for foreign physician

Fortunately, I was able to talk on the phone with Mr. Malik, instantly. At the time of scheduling the appointment, he was available and answered all my questions really quick and to the point. I have a better understanding on how J-1 visa works and what I should plan in advance. He advised me to find... a post-doc/research fellowship position and that there’s no deadline for J-1 visa. Therefore, it could be available at any time. H1B visa is also advised as the next step once the individual gets the position. I really appreciate him for his time.

Good solid attorney with a sea of experience!

I've now hired Mr. Malik's office twice (for my citizenship as well as my parents' GC) and every time we had top notch experience. Everything was explained in detail, he himself was available for a ton of questions I had during the process and was always on top of things.
