Plz DO NOT HIRE HIM IF you think your case is complicated or important for time being. Vivek malik never worked on my case at all. his assistant did lots silly mistakes in filling my form which delayed my case. I had very hard time reaching him after i hired him. I am writting this for those people w...hom are having difficulties in their immigration cases plz hire someone better whom you can trust.

I am Indian and have been in USA over 15 years. I hired Vivek for my Perm resident case in the EB-1a category. My profile, perhaps strong, was not the typical 'citation category' application but rather more in Equity research (business) with a heavy science background too, currently working in Fi...nance. As the complexity of the case indicates, the case required refined handling and proper portrayal and was handled very well by Vivek Malik and his team. In addition to being a good lawyer, Vivek is intelligent and personable and I would recommend anyone w/o hesitation to hire him for their Immigration related requirements.
