Upfront honesty goes a long way

Honest and Succinct

My husband and I are amidst a frustrating and financially draining situation with our previous tenancy. Several of our rights had surely been violated but the specifics had us confused and overwhelmed. I'm not sure what I expected when I reached out to Victor but I'm glad that I did. He knows his stu...ff! He's personable, attentive, thorough and best of all of good moral compass. He's honest and truly cares about the client. He could have just as easily have taken my money which I was more than ready to hand over -- but instead, rather than expose us to further stress and financial loss he guided me on how I could handle the matter myself and in a way that gives the other party an opportunity to act in good faith in the hopes we would not have to go through the arduous legal process surely to follow. With Victors guidance I felt confident in my tone and verbiage and to be assertive along with the tools he'd given me. This is the stage we're in at the moment. If the other party fails to act in good faith we will most definitely be hiring Victor to handle the matter as we have the utmost confidence in his ability.

Extremely professional, made us feel safe and secure, solved our problem very quickly and efficiently

We had a major banking issue that should have never happened. Victor identified almost immediately that the bank and creditors had made a giant mistake. He immediately established a workaround with the creditors, courts, and bank. Within 2 days our giant crisis was resolved, because Victor did no...t hesitate to start fighting for us. I was randomly looking for litigators on Avvo and did not expect to find someone so good, so quickly. I was very lucky to find Mr. Feraru. He truly demonstrates the power of having good legal representation. It’s priceless.
