Effective negotiator, whole heartedly recommend

Mr. Feraru helped us negotiate a landlord tenant case, I wish we'd called him sooner. When talks broke down, we contacted him & he stepped in & the untenable situation we had been dealing with for the last 4 months was over. Effective, smart & definitely, guy I want on my side.

One of the most caring attorney..

Victor is a straight forward lawyer. He tells like it is' and fights for his client's. Returns phone calls and emails. Makes home visits if nessary. You will not be disappointed. Very very far with fees.

Amazing expert on landlord-tenant law

I have a lot of lawyer friends, who are also rather expensive. They were giving me conflicting advice about my case regarding my ex-landlord who was not returning my security deposit and instead outrageously claimed that I owed him double the deposit for damages that I did not cause. This went on for... about 5 months until the stress and confusion finally made me realize that maybe I shouldn’t rely on friends, or friends-of-friends, who might be great lawyers, but not necessarily experts in landlord-tenant law. So I went online and found Victor Feraru, who had the best reviews. I also liked his photo and thought: “This is the guy I want on my side.” Turns out I was right. Victor immediately knew what to do and got my ex-landlord to back down from his outrageous demands. Victor, who is very up-to-date on new laws, and for a very reasonable flat fee, quickly negotiated a settlement, in my favor, for much more than I was hoping for. I will certainly hire him again in the future.
